Section 4- Regulation 3(2)(e)- is satisifed that by way of an application under the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness as the effect of such application is same as one by way of 1951 Geneva Convention or ECHR Atricle 3, namely non-removeability of the applicant while the claim is under consideration at the Home Office.
